These terms govern the relationship between HafenStadt Hamburg GmbH (travel intermediary) and guests reserving harbour cruises through 138.226.237.27.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all reservations of Hamburg harbour cruises arranged via 138.226.237.27.
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting a reservation, the guest makes a binding offer. The contracting party becomes the respective tour operator, not HafenStadt Hamburg GmbH. HafenStadt Hamburg GmbH acts as an intermediary only.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated per person and include statutory VAT. Payment is processed by a certified payment provider on a separate domain.
4. Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation or rebooking up to 24 h before the tour. After that, refunds are excluded pursuant to §312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code.
5. Liability
HafenStadt Hamburg GmbH is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Operator liability follows the operator's own terms.
6. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
