For tours with a specific date the right of withdrawal for consumers is excluded pursuant to §312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to gift voucher orders.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons if the contract relates to a gift voucher purchase. The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded. Send your withdrawal to info@hafenstadt-hamburg.de.
